Building/Ground Manager

Job Purpose:

The Building/Ground Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, procedures and programs necessary to maximize the value of the Maintenance Department and Security personnel.
Position requires:

• Bachelor degree in related field;
• Experience in an English speaking international environment;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in property management and/or facility maintenance;
• Experience in security management;
• Experience in supervising maintenance/security personnel.

Elementary Office Manager

Job Purpose:

The Office Manager will work to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the Elementary Office in collaboration with the Office Assistant, receive and greet all visitors to the Elementary Office.

S/he will assist the Elementary Principal and Assistant Principal with all administration tasks generated by the Elementary School and assist Elementary staff with designated administration tasks

Position requires:

• Basic degree and at least two years experience in the field of administration;
• At least four years experience working in an international school in a related field or similar position;
• Experience in an English speaking international environment;
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English;
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard software packages.
